Simulation Exercise:
Lean simulation exercises can be provided with either a manufacturing or administrative
focus. Each lean simulation exercise is designed to make the non-value-adding
activities in the process stand out and become obvious. Participants will get
a hands-on opportunity to identify waste in the value stream and through a
layered series of exercises implement various lean concepts and improvements
