Registration starts at 7:30 a.m. on the first day, with the seminar beginning promptly at 8:00 a.m. and finishing at 4:00 p.m.

Seminar Fees

Discount fees apply when:
3 or more persons from the same company register for the same seminar
1 person registers for 3 or more seminars. All registrations need to be made at the same time. Standard fees are charged if participant(s )cancels one or more of the scheduled seminars.

Certificate Program participants receive discounted prices on all classes.

Substitutions/Cancellations

Substitutions are welcome at any time; simply call ahead to let us know.

Please notify us IN WRITING of cancellations and transfers five (5) business days prior to the start date of the seminar in order to avoid a processing fee of $150. Our fax number is (734) 481-0509.

If you do not attend the seminar and do not cancel or transfer prior to the start date, the seminar fee is non-refundable.

Please note that it is our policy to hold all seminars. However, the Center for Quality reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any seminar, if necessary, and to substitute presenters. We will gladly issue seminar fee refunds if cancellation is necessary, but we cannot be responsible for any airfare penalties or other travel expenses that may be incurred due to these changes.

Online Training

Online courses are typically offered during two terms each year: January-June and July-December. Students may register and start anytime within the term, then have until the end of the term to complete their course or program.  If it’s nearing the end of a term, we will contact you regarding your specific time requirements prior to placing you automatically in the current term.

Once your registration has been processed, you will receive a welcome email with your login and password within three business days. If the online program for which you’ve registered is not yet available, you will receive your login and password information within three business days of the course start date.  

If you do not participate in the course and do not cancel or transfer within three business days of receiving your confirmation email, the seminar fee is non-refundable.
